These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.reliabletimeshareexit.com (the “Site”), operated by Reliable Timeshare Exit (“RTE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, submitting an inquiry, or contacting us through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
RTE assists timeshare owners in seeking release from their timeshare obligations. The Site is provided for informational and marketing purposes and to allow you to request a free consultation. Use of the Site does not create a client relationship between you and RTE, and nothing on the Site constitutes an offer that is binding on RTE. Any services we provide to you will be governed exclusively by a separate written service agreement signed by you and RTE (a “Service Agreement”). If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls with respect to the services.
The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who reside in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you submit is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
The content on the Site, including articles, FAQs, calculators, and tools, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or credit advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who is familiar with your individual circumstances. Replying STOP will end text messages but we may send one final message confirming your opt out.
RTE is not a lender, loan broker, or credit services organization. Any financing described on the Site is offered by independent third party lenders. All financing is subject to credit approval by the applicable lender, and terms, rates, and availability vary by lender and applicant. RTE does not make credit decisions and does not guarantee that you will qualify for financing. Your relationship with any lender is governed solely by your agreement with that lender.
The Site and all of its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, page designs, and the selection and arrangement of content, are the property of RTE or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without our prior written permission.

RTE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE SITE ONLY AND DOES NOT LIMIT ANY WRITTEN GUARANTEE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN A SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RTE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS RIGHTS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RTE and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or any information you submit through the Site.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Broward County, Florida, or, at your election, by telephone or video conference. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
YOU AND RTE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. All claims must be brought in the parties’ individual capacities only.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at info@reliabletimeshareexit.com with a written description of your dispute and give us 30 days to work toward an informal resolution. This Section applies to disputes relating to the Site and these Terms. Disputes arising under a signed Service Agreement are governed by the dispute resolution provisions of that agreement.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, any court proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the Last Updated date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RTE regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
